QUICKSILVER COACHING APPLICATION
Individuals interested in coaching or managing a Quicksilver team must complete the following application by March 31st.

Important, please read: Quicksilver is an SSJSB sponsored tournament program. Managers and coaches will be selected by the SSJSB Board of Directors based on a single-minded purpose: ensuring the strength of SSJSB by creating a healthy, competitive playing atmosphere for all participants. The Board reserves the right to intervene at any time if it feels the best interests of the league and all participants are not being served. By submitting the following application, you are agreeing to these terms if you are selected as a coach or manager.

Team Manager (One per Team)
Manager responsibilities include: coaching staff selection, tournament schedule, registering & insuring players, fundraising, team budget, uniforms and merchandise, parent communication, managing team funds, and ensuring player safety and well-being.

Coach (Up to 3 per team)
Coaches' responsibilities include: team formation, line-up and player positioning, practice organization, and developing players' pitching, offense, and defense skills.
