SPORTSMANSHIP:
To help foster good sportsmanship - we will institute an unbiased committee of six people, who will be attending games throughout the season as a “Secret Spectator.”  They will be scoring your team on specific areas that cover interaction between players, coaching staff, parents and umpires.  At the end of the year the points will be tallied and one team from each division will be recognized at Closing Day with specific awards.

The committee will be looking for and awarding points on positive interaction between coaching staff, players and parents; respect for the opposite team members, coaching staff, parents and of course umpires; and positive cheers which foster good spirit towards all players. As a Manager/Coach/Parent, your responsibility is to provide an atmosphere where negative sportsmanship is unacceptable.  Please work with our league to teach our girls what it means to be a true team player and for tips on how to foster this environment - please click the Positive Coaching Alliance link on the Links page.
