 SSJSB
is committed to the safety and well-being of our players and families. All
board members, coaches, managers and other volunteers are required by the
league to go through a fingerprinting and background check by the Santa
Clara County Sheriffs Department. The process takes only a few minutes and
helps give parents peace of mind that their daughters are safe with the
adults in our league.

SSJSB is proud
that our league continually has among the highest percentage of LiveScan
participants of neighboring softball leagues. If you are a coach or
volunteer and are preparing to go to LiveScan, here's what you need to know:
General Info:
There are four locations in Santa Clara County (addresses below)
that perform this service. The Sheriffs Department strongly recommends
making a reservation and they could turn you away without one if the
location is busy. The fee is $10; they only accept cash or checks (no
credit card or ATM).
